I’m happy to report
That I breathed today
Deep inhales
And exhales
When I was stressed,
I took a deep breath
When I was tired,
I took a deep breath
When I was annoyed,
I took a deep breath
I felt calm, cool, and collected
Deep breathing looks good on me

I saw a video online that jumping 50 times to start your day makes you happier
I will say,
Today it did give me a boost
